TERM & CONDITIONS

By hiring these/this Costume(s), you have agreed to the following conditions;
  • I agree to return the costume within 7 working days of receiving it.
  • I agree that the name and address I have given are correct , and I am the person responsible for the Costume(s).

  • I understand that a security deposit is included in the price of hiring, and is refunded on return of Costume(s).

  • Please do not order a costume unless it is Three Weeks or less, to the date of your event. We can not take Costume(s) out of stock before this.

  • If any parts of the Costume(s) are damaged/lost, I agree to forfeit the deposit  in full or part according to replacement costs. If my deposit does not cover the total cost of damage/replacement, to the costume, I agree to allow my card to be charged accordingly.
  • My card details will only be retained during hire period. After costume is returned , all details will be destroyed

  • I understand the goods remain the property of Fancy Dress Hire.ie

  • I agree to return the Costume(s) on the specified date. If I fail to return the Costume(s) on time, and as a result Fancy Dress Hire.ie lose a Hire, I agree to forfeit my deposit.

  • I understand that these Costume(s) have been hired previously, as they will be some general wear and tear.

  • I agree to send the costume by recorded delivery, and to keep the receipt as proof of postage

  • I understand that Fancy Dress Hire.ie will dispatch my Costume(s) in good faith by recorded delivery. Fancy Dress Hire.ie can not be held responsible for any loss/damage of goods while in the care of the Postal Service. All parcel tracking numbers are available on request. If you wish to send your own courier service to collect a costume , please email before placing your order.

  • I agree that I am responsible for the Costume(s) and accessories while in my possession.

  • Payments can be made by VISA/MASTERCARD/LASER/PAY PAL. All deposit will be refunded by the same method of payment.   Regarding all LASER Deposits ; Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund. If you wish to receive your refund straight away, please email us you Bank Address, Home Address, Account number and Sort Code, and we will deposit  a Cash refund  into your account ASAP.

  • If you are dissatisfied with your Costume(s), please contact us the Day Of Delivery via phone or email.  Unfortunately we do not offer an exchange. You will need to place a new order online and return original item for refund. We do not refund delivery costs
  • If you decide to cancel an order, you must do so before dispatch of the Costume(s). if the Costume(s) have been dispatched, you will still be liable for full payment.

  • Extended hire periods are available. Please email your details for more information. info@fancydresshire.ie

  • Fancy Dress Hire.ie are an online store only. We do not have a retail shop open to the public.
  • You are not obliged to clean the Costume(s)  after use. But if you wish to do so please follow the washing instructions carefully. You will be charged if you damage any Costume(s) by improper laundering if in any doubt, please return as is.
